What We Do and Who We're Looking For

DeployONE is a property support company based in Brandon, FL. We handle lawn care and exterior property services alongside vacation rental turnover cleaning, laundry support, guest response, and local field help for short-term rental owners.

We're growing both sides of the business and need reliable, professional people who want to be part of a company that takes quality seriously. Most of our work is part-time or contract-based, with the potential to grow as we grow.

You don't need years of experience in every area. You do need to be local, dependable, and responsive.

Where We Need Help

Most positions are part-time or contract-based. We're building a team we can grow with — not just filling slots.

Lawn & Property Service

Part-time / Contract

Mowing, edging, mulching, weed treatment, leaf cleanup, and general exterior property maintenance. Residential and light commercial. Brandon and surrounding areas.

Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaner

Part-time / Contract

Full reset cleaning between guest stays for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Evolve properties. Attention to detail is critical. Flexible scheduling based on booking calendar.

Laundry & Reset Support

Part-time / Contract

Laundry pickup, wash-dry-fold, and linen reset between guest stays. Works alongside turnover cleaners or independently based on property needs.

Guest Contact / Local Response

Part-time / Contract

Be the first local point of contact for guest questions and minor on-site issues. Must communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and represent the property professionally.

General Property Support

Part-time / Contract

Restocking runs, light property errands, and general support across both service divisions. Good for detail-oriented self-starters who want flexible work.
